Refund Policy

1. Digital Learning & Intellectual Property

Our mentorship programs and course materials consist of proprietary intellectual property and specialized training. Once access is granted to these digital resources, we do not offer standard refunds.

2. Mentorship Programs

Due to the limited availability of 1-on-1 coaching slots and the immediate intellectual value provided upon enrollment, all sales for mentorship programs (including MKU and the 12-week program) are final.

3. Exceptions

In the rare event of a technical failure preventing access to the program materials, we will provide technical support and ensure access is restored. If the issue is persistent and on our end, we may consider partial credit at our discretion.

4. Commitment Agreement

By enrolling, you represent that you have performed your due diligence and are committed to completing the program. Profitability in trading requires effort and discipline, which we cannot guarantee through a refund policy.
